If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return your Neureka Sleep kit within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

For returns, buyer is to return all hardware components, charging cables, and carrying case in their original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be issued after we receive your return, and will take 7-10 days to process.

For exchanges, buyer is to return the hardware and charging cables. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. After we have received your return, your replacement order will be sent to you at no additional cost.

We allow only one return or exchange per original order. This means that you can return your original Neureka Sleep kit once for a refund, or exchange it once for a different size or style.
