Your Neureka Sleep wearable comes with a 1-year warranty, which covers any manufacturing defects.
What is covered
Neureka warrants the wearable against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Neureka's user guidelines for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). Neureka’s user guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in user manuals, onboarding materials, and service communications.
What is not covered
This warranty does not apply to: cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear; damage caused by use with third-party components or services; damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, water damage, earthquake or other external cause; losing your wearable.
Your responsibility
Before receiving warranty service, Neureka staff may require that you furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues, and follow Neureka's procedures for obtaining warranty service.
After receiving warranty service, you are required to keep your defective wearable for thirty (30) additional days, in case Neureka requires any final quality-control information or return for manufacturing purposes.
What happens when you submit a warranty claim
If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim to Neureka in accordance with this warranty, Neureka will ship a replacement to you at no cost.
If you submit a claim, your new replacement assumes the remaining warranty of your original Neureka Sleep purchase, or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you.
